If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use or purchase WondrHost services.

2. Services

WondrHost may provide web hosting, reseller hosting, VPS hosting, domain-related services, website services, software-related services, and other digital services.

Service specifications, features, limits, pricing, and availability may vary depending on the selected product or plan.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, passwords, authentication credentials, and other account information.

  • Do not share your account credentials with unauthorized persons.
  • Use accurate and up-to-date account information.
  • Immediately notify WondrHost of unauthorized account access.
  • You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

WondrHost services must be used for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use our infrastructure for activities that violate applicable laws or regulations.

Prohibited activities may include:

  • Phishing or fraudulent websites
  • Malware, viruses, or malicious software distribution

  • Spam or abusive email activity
  • Illegal content or activities
  • Copyright or intellectual-property infringement
  • Abuse of server resources
  • Activities intended to disrupt networks or services
  • Operating services that create unreasonable security risks

5. Hosting Resources

Hosting plans may have specific resource limits, including but not limited to CPU, memory, processes, disk usage, bandwidth, inodes, databases, email accounts, and other technical resources.

Customers must operate websites and applications in a manner that does not negatively affect server stability, performance, security, or other customers.

Resource Abuse: WondrHost may take reasonable action, including temporary restriction or suspension, when an account causes serious performance, security, or stability issues.

6. Server and Network Abuse

Customers must not attempt to attack, scan, exploit, overload, or interfere with WondrHost infrastructure or third-party systems.

  • DDoS attacks
  • Port scanning without authorization
  • Brute-force attacks
  • Network flooding
  • Unauthorized vulnerability exploitation
  • Cryptocurrency mining where prohibited by the selected service

7. Domains

Domain registrations, renewals, transfers, and related services may be subject to the policies and requirements of the applicable domain registry and registrar.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate domain registration information and completing required verification processes.

8. Payments and Billing

Services must be paid for according to the applicable pricing and billing terms displayed at the time of purchase.

  • Invoices must be paid by their applicable due date.
  • Unpaid services may be suspended.
  • Continued non-payment may result in service termination.
  • Prices may change with reasonable notice where applicable.

9. Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the specific product, promotional offer, billing terms, and applicable refund policy presented at the time of purchase.

Certain services, including domains, licenses, setup services, consumed resources, or third-party services, may be non-refundable where permitted by applicable law.

10. Backups

Where backups are included with a service, they are provided as a recovery facility and should not be considered the customer's only copy of important data.

Customers are responsible for maintaining independent backups of important websites, databases, emails, and other data.

11. Suspension and Termination

WondrHost may suspend or terminate services when reasonably necessary due to violations of these Terms, abuse, security threats, illegal activity, non-payment, or actions that may negatively affect our infrastructure or other customers.

Where appropriate, we may provide notice before suspension or termination. Immediate action may be taken in serious security, abuse, or legal situations.
